Pricing questions, answered
How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts on Premium for 14 days with no credit card, and there is no plan to choose at sign up. One thing is metered rather than open during the trial. Carrier appetite search runs three times per person, because it is the most expensive answer we give. Everything else is the full Premium feature set.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The trial runs without one. A card is only needed to stay on a paid plan after day 14, and adding it at any point during the trial moves the account onto that plan straight away.
What happens when the trial ends?
The account moves to the Free plan. Nothing you created is deleted, but the features above Free stop opening, so the work that lives in them waits there until you upgrade. You can pick a paid plan whenever you like from billing settings.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it does not expire. The trial and the Free plan are two different things. The trial is Premium for two weeks, and the Free plan is where an account settles afterwards, with the Coverage Library and unlimited AI powered policy reviews, for as long as you want and with no credit card.

What counts as a seat?
One person who signs in. Plans are priced per seat per month, so a five person team on Professional pays for five seats.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Starter is available monthly at $75 or annually at $49 per seat per month. Professional and Premium are billed as an annual commitment, and the free plan has no billing at all.
What is in Enterprise?
Custom terms for larger organizations, and it is the one plan that is not self serve. Everything else can be bought with a card today. Reach us through the contact page and we will scope it together.
