  • If, on the other hand, you use the services through a free account or other individual account, we may disclose your Account Data and grant such access to the organization on whose behalf we believe you have registered the account (such as, for example, the organization that we believe issued your business email address) where we believe this is appropriate. For example, we may convert your individual account to a seat in that organization’s multi-seat account. We may then act on instructions provided by the organization regarding the administration of your account and may communicate with the organization regarding account management matters.
  • The disclosures, access rights, administrative rights, and account transitions described above may occur regardless of any privacy, visibility, sharing, communication, or similar settings you select within the Services, including settings that indicate that content will be shared only with particular users or seat holders.

The profile will contain your name, company affiliation, and other basic details
